What Prismint is
Prismint is a collector tool for looking up trading cards, seeing current card values, tracking a collection, and comparing both sides of a trade. By using Prismint you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Prismint.
Card values are estimates
Card values and market ranges shown on Prismint are estimates built from market information. They are not offers, appraisals, grading opinions, or guarantees, and they can be wrong or out of date. Always use your own judgment before you buy, sell, or trade a card. Prismint is not responsible for decisions you make based on the values it shows.
Your account
You need an account to save a collection or trades. Give a real email address, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else used your account. If you are under the age where your country requires a parent or guardian to consent, have them create or approve the account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Prismint. That includes trying to break or overload the service, accessing someone else's account or data, scraping the site at scale, or using Prismint for anything unlawful. We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Content and trademarks
Prismint is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. Pokémon and card images are trademarks of their respective owners. Card images and card facts are shown for identification only.
The service is provided as-is
Prismint is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be. To the fullest extent the law allows, Prismint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Prismint changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Using Prismint after a change means you accept the updated terms.
